Both Kassi and Kelli have had many students who struggled with traditional reading and writing strategies.  They knew there had to be more to help these students.  When Kassi’s own son, who happened to be Kelli’s student, fell to the same struggles,  they both began researching Irlen Syndrome and reading distortions.  In 2023, they both became Certified Irlen Screeners.

Kassi Greene and Kelli Nye are dedicated educators devoting over 25 years each to the classroom. Their dedication to increasing student achievement and individualizing curriculum based on each student’s need is integral to their profession. Kelli and Kassi have both been Teacher of the Year for their school. They both have a Masters in Reading Instruction.  They have extensive Science of Reading training in programs such as Orton Gillingham and Heggarty, which target Dyslexia and other reading difficulties.  Both Kassi and Kelli pride themselves on their ability to form relationships with clients of all ages, putting comfort and ease at the forefront. A screening with either of them will be stress-free, as well as a positive, uplifting experience.
